Sandra Snyder is the Vice President of Environment at the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America where she advocates for and represents natural gas pipeline member companies in federal matters and proceedings related to environmental and construction permitting issues. INGAA is comprised of 26 member companies, representing the vast majority of the interstate natural gas transmission pipeline companies in the U.S.
Prior to joining INGAA, Sandra was in private practice for 10 years at Bracewell LLP and K&L Gates LLP. Before she became an attorney, Sandra worked as a chemical engineer, providing operations support as a process engineer at ExxonMobil’s Baytown refinery, before she became the Foreign Trade Zone and Oil Loss Coordinator for Exxon’s entire Baytown complex.
Sandra has a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Oklahoma and obtained her JD at Brooklyn Law School.
