Encino has developed a culture of meaningful community partnership in Texas and Ohio. In the trying times of 2019 and 2020, corporate financial contributions and employee giving made our Community Partnership Program possible. Encino invested approximately $780,000 supporting over forty organizations and projects through this program and in-kind donations. For Encino, giving back to the community is about more than just financial contributions; our team also serves on various voluntary boards in Ohio and Texas and consistently volunteers in the communities in which we live and operate.

Throughout 2020, Encino coordinated a campaign to deliver meals and grab-and-go bags for frontline workers. Recipients included first responders like police officers, fire departments, and nurses throughout the Houston metro area and Encino’s operating counties in Ohio. This effort lifted the spirits of these essential men and women during the global pandemic and allowed our company to say “thank you” for their services to our country always, and now more than ever.
