Enstor Gas
At Enstor Gas, our core values define who we are and serve as the foundation for everything we do. We strive to work together to create value for all of our stakeholders, including the communities where we work. We are committed to actively serving these communities by donating time, talent and treasure to local nonprofit organizations, with a particular focus on education, libraries, parks and recreation, and first responders.
On April 22, 2021, Enstor employees at our Bay Gas storage facility in McIntosh Alabama participated in an Earth Day cleanup effort. Our employees partnered with several other companies and organizations to clean up the roads adjacent to the industrial park where Enstor’s facility is located. We are proud to have employees committed to serving and improving the communities in which they work.
In addition to employee volunteer efforts, Enstor supports local communities through charitable contributions. In August 2020 alone, Enstor made seven donations across five states to support local schools, school districts, and a children’s hospital. These donations came at a time when many schools and hospitals across the country were struggling to cope with the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the words of Eddie Bennet, plant manager at Enstor’s storage and transportation facility in Katy, Texas, “Enstor is committed to playing an active role in the communities where we live and work. Education is the focus of our philanthropic efforts. Nothing is more important to us than the children of our community.”
Enstor donations have helped meet various needs, including the purchase of hundreds of books, AP Exam materials, school lunches, medical supplies for school nurses, playground equipment, sports equipment, and science fair prizes.
